Returns & Refund Policy
Returns
We're happy to issue an exchange or return within 14 days of receipt, once 14 days have past we can no longer offer a refund.
IF YOU HAVE A PRE-ORDER PRODUCT IT CAN ONLY BE RETURNED AND EXCHANGE FOR STORE CREDIT OR DISCOUNT CODES.
To be eligible for a return, your item must not have been worn, with the original tags still attached and in the original packaging. Once we receive the item we will go through this process of ensuring the item meets the criteria and from there it is at our discretion whether your item can be returned or exchanged.
To ensure your package returns safely we would advise that you send it insured with tracking. It's the customer's full responsibility to cover return costs for any item purchased. Please note that any item/packaging that gets damaged during transit is NOT our responsibility.

Refunds
Please allow us 14 working days from receiving your item to go through the process and refund the amount. We'll send a confirmation email once this has been done but please note that it may take around 3-5 working days for the funds to clear into your bank account.

How do pre-orders work?
- Pre-order Period: During this period, customers can place orders for the product even though it hasn't been released yet. Pre-order periods can vary in length, depending on the popularity and anticipated demand for the item.
- Reservation: By pre-ordering, customers reserve their product. This ensures that they'll receive the item as soon as it becomes available, without having to worry about it selling out.
- Payment: Customers are required to pay for the item in advance when placing a pre-order. This payment is typically processed when the order is placed. We may offer different pre-order payment method. If we do, you will get that option during checkout.
- Release and Fulfillment: Once the product is completed and ready to ship, you will receive a tracking update and we will send out your order to the desired delivery address.
- Shipping: Once our pre-order is closed, we will send all orders to our manufacturers. Once your order is produced and ready, we will send you an update. Our goal is to deliver all orders within 2-5 weeks.

Shipping & Custom fees
Shipping:
We offer FREE shipping within Sweden.
Please allow up to 3-4 working days for orders to be dispatched on launch weeks. Orders placed on none launch weeks will be dispatched within 1-3 working days if you order is in stock. We are happy to say that we offer worldwide shipping. Orders outside of Sweden, shipping will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping duration is determined by your location.
Pre-order Shipping
Estimated delivery time may vary depending on how much demand we had during our pre-order period. Our goal is to deliver orders within 2-5 weeks, depending on the product, the delivery time for pre-orders may vary. Make sure to read our pre-order policy. Process time on pre-orders is depending on the amount of orders we have but also where our garments are made. We work with manufacturer & printers within Europe and once quality control is approved you will get an updated about your order.
Custom fees
Our shipping cost calculated at checkout do NOT include any overseas customs or foreign taxes. Any additional costs are to be covered by the customer, please check your governments website for more information on fees and import charges.
Processing orders
We go through the process of orders purchased on business days which are Monday – Friday and exclude public holidays. NOTE: We are not responsible for any damage or loss of an item once the courier has it.
Privacy policy
Information
When you purchase an item from our website, as part of the buying and selling process we collect personal information from you such as your name, address and email. This information will guide us to process your payment and ship your order. Any further information you may provide us with such as your date of birth will only ever be used to guide us in providing you with a better experience, such as offering you birthday discounts or offering you other products you may be interested in.
Consent
When you provide us with your personal information to complete a transaction, verify your card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we only use that information for that reason. If we ask for your personal information for any other reason we will ask you directly or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
Payment
Shopify only stores your credit card data if you complete the purchase directly through the payment gateway. It is encrypted through the payment card industry data security standard. Your transaction data is only stored for as long as it is necessary to complete the purchase, from then your details are wiped.
Klarna
We must pass certain personal information on, such as contact and order details for Klarna to assess whether you are eligible for their payment options. General information can be found on the Klarna app.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons
